In these Terms and Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless context requires otherwise:

• "898apk" — refers to the online betting platform operated at the domain https://898apk.cam, including all its products, services, tools, and content.
• "Platform" — the website, mobile web interface, and any application through which 898apk services are accessed.
• "User" / "You" / "Player" — any individual who accesses, registers on, or places a wager through the Platform.
• "Account" — the personal account created by a User on the Platform, including associated wallet balance, transaction history, and profile data.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — any financial stake placed by a User on a sporting event, casino game, togel (numbers lottery) draw, or any other product available on the Platform.
• "Bonus" — any promotional credit, free spin, cashback, or enhanced odds offer awarded to a User subject to applicable promotional terms.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process required by 898apk to confirm User identity, age, and source of funds.
• "IDR / Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the primary currency unit used on the Platform for Indonesian players.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone used for all Platform communications, draw results, and support hours unless otherwise stated.

By accessing the 898apk Platform, creating an Account, or placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in full and agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and 898apk.

If you do not accept these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform. Continued use of the Platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

To register and use the 898apk Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. 898apk strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 in accordance with the prevailing norms for gambling services targeting Indonesian residents. Minors are strictly prohibited from using this Platform.
2. You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) accessing the Platform for personal entertainment purposes.
3. You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly and fully prohibited by law and where such prohibition is enforceable against the User.
4. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, active ban, or cooling-off period on your 898apk Account.
5. You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for any third party.

898apk reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Accounts found to be in breach of eligibility requirements will be suspended and remaining balances reviewed in accordance with applicable anti-fraud procedures.

Each User may hold only one active Account on the 898apk Platform. Registration of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances pending investigation.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, valid email address, and the Indonesian bank account or e-wallet details you intend to use for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must notify 898apk immediately via the live chat or email at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. 898apk will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized use of an Account where the User failed to exercise reasonable security precautions.

898apk reserves the right to refuse registration or close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, identity misrepresentation, or breach of these Terms.

5.1 Deposits. 898apk accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA (Bank Central Asia), BRI (Bank Rakyat Indonesia), BNI (Bank Negara Indonesia), Bank Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, and GoPay. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by method as published on the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice. All deposits must originate from an account or e-wallet registered in your own name.

5.2 Processing Times. Deposit processing times are estimates and not guarantees. Transfers during Indonesian banking hours (approximately 08:00–22:00 WIB) are typically processed faster than off-peak or weekend transfers. 898apk is not responsible for delays attributable to third-party payment processors or banking infrastructure.

5.3 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same account or e-wallet used for deposits, subject to completed KYC verification. Typical processing time for verified accounts is 15 to 60 minutes during business hours; off-peak and weekend withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. 898apk does not guarantee processing within any specific timeframe.

5.4 Currency. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). 898apk does not currently offer multi-currency wallets; conversion costs or foreign exchange fees charged by your bank are your sole responsibility.

5.5 Fees. 898apk does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals from its side. Third-party banks or e-wallet providers may apply their own transaction charges independently.

All bonus offers issued by 898apk are subject to specific promotional terms published at the time of the offer. In all cases, the following general bonus conditions apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any withdrawal is permitted. The applicable wagering requirement is clearly stated on each promotion page.
• Bonuses are issued in IDR and credited to a separate bonus wallet until wagering requirements are met.
• 898apk reserves the right to withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time prior to the bonus being credited or used.
• Where a bonus has been issued in error or obtained through fraudulent, collusive, or abusive means, 898apk reserves the right to reclaim the bonus and any winnings derived from it.
• Only one welcome bonus per household, IP address, device, or payment method is permitted. Circumventing this restriction is considered bonus abuse and will result in account closure.
• Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are subject to the terms of the specific game on which they are issued. Winnings from free spins may be subject to a separate wagering requirement.
• Seasonal promotions referencing Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day on 17 August, and Nyepi) are subject to the individual promotion's start and end dates, which are published on the Platform.

7.1 Bet Acceptance. All bets are accepted at 898apk's absolute discretion. A bet is not confirmed until the Platform has issued a confirmation reference. Bets submitted but not confirmed due to technical errors are void.

7.2 Odds. Odds are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to the bet. In-play odds fluctuate in real time and may differ from pre-match prices.

7.3 Mix Parlay Accumulator Bets. Mix parlay bets (accumulators) combine multiple selections into a single bet. All selections must win for the parlay to return a payout. If one or more legs are voided (e.g., due to match abandonment), those legs are removed and the parlay is recalculated on the remaining legs.

7.4 Live Betting. In-play betting is available on selected events. 898apk may suspend live betting markets at any point during an event at its discretion — particularly during video review incidents or technical issues. Bets placed during a suspension may be voided.

7.5 Void Bets. 898apk reserves the right to void bets in cases including but not limited to: obvious pricing errors, data feed failures, match abandonment without rescheduling within 48 hours, or confirmed irregular betting patterns indicating manipulation.

7.6 Maximum Payout. Maximum single-bet payout limits apply and are published on the Platform. Bets that would result in a payout exceeding the stated maximum may be accepted but will be capped at the stated limit.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 898apk Platform. Violation of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit promotions.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors in displayed odds, or pricing inefficiencies in a systematic manner ("arbitrage abuse").
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in casino games or betting markets.
• Providing false identification documents or impersonating another individual during KYC verification.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, structuring, or any other financial crime.
• Accessing the Platform on behalf of, or in concert with, any person who is self-excluded or has a suspended Account.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party or allowing any third party to operate your Account.
• Any conduct that damages the reputation, security, or operational integrity of 898apk.

898apk is required to verify the identity of its Users as part of its anti-money-laundering (AML) and responsible gaming obligations. You may be required to submit any or all of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: A valid Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driver's license clearly showing your full name and date of birth.
• Proof of Address: A utility bill, bank statement, or official document showing your name and current residential address, issued within the last three months.
• Proof of Payment Method: A photo or screenshot of the bank account or e-wallet used for deposits, confirming the account is registered in your name.

KYC verification is typically required before the first withdrawal and may be requested at any point during your account's lifecycle. 898apk may place a temporary hold on withdrawals while verification is pending. Failure to complete KYC within 30 days of a formal request may result in account suspension.

All documents submitted to 898apk are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 898apk and its officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, whether direct or indirect, arising from use of the Platform.
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform or any part thereof, including scheduled maintenance or unplanned outages.
• Losses arising from delays or failures in deposit or withdrawal processing by third-party banks or e-wallet providers (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, or others).
• Any technical error, display error, or data feed error resulting in incorrect odds being published, where 898apk has voided the affected bets in accordance with Section 7.5.
• Any loss resulting from unauthorized access to a User's Account where the User failed to maintain reasonable security of their credentials.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 898apk makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or harmful components.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable mandatory law.

All content on the 898apk Platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, graphics, user interface design, text, software code, game integrations, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of 898apk or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of 898apk.

898apk's collection, use, storage, and processing of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By creating an Account, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy.

898apk uses SSL encryption to protect data in transit and maintains access controls to protect stored personal information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

898apk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. For significant changes, 898apk may additionally notify Users via email or in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure at any time by contacting support.

898apk may suspend or terminate any Account, at its sole discretion and with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, deceptive, or collusive activity.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a charge-back instruction from a User's bank or payment provider.
• A User's voluntary request for self-exclusion under 898apk's Responsible Gaming policy.

Upon termination, any pending bets at the time of suspension will be settled in accordance with standard betting rules where the outcome is already determined. Where fraud is confirmed, 898apk reserves the right to withhold all funds in the Account pending investigation.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their Account may do so by contacting the 898apk support team via live chat or email. Withdrawal of remaining real-money balance (excluding pending bonus funds) will be processed following identity verification.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 898apk holds its international gaming licence. By accepting these Terms, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through the Platform's internal dispute resolution process.

898apk acknowledges that Indonesian users access the Platform from a jurisdiction where the legality of offshore online gambling is subject to ambiguity under the Public Gambling Act 1867 and subsequent regulations. Each User is personally responsible for determining whether their use of the Platform is lawful in their own jurisdiction. 898apk does not encourage any User to breach applicable local law.
